Wentzville, MO- Crider Health Center and Molina Healthcare will celebrate National Health Center Week by hosting a Back-to-School event for area families. During the event Representative Anne Zerr and Wentzville Mayor Lambi will present awards to patients, doctors and volunteers of Crider Health Center. The awards will honor the achievements of local citizens who have made inspiring accomplishments to the health care of others. Also speaking will be Crider Health Center’s CEO, Dr. Karl Wilson and the Director of Behavioral Health, Dr. Byrd. Both will speak on Crider’s integrated model of health care and present the new Wentzville health center that will open in September of this year.
Families are invited to participate in cooking and fitness demonstrations, face painting, and sand art. They will also have the opportunity to meet Crider’s new pediatrician and sign up for free school check-ups. Free giveaways at the event include backpacks with school supplies to the first 100 children grades K-12, children’s and adult bikes, ice-cream, hot dogs and water.

- 3-4:45 p.m.: Vendor booths, sand art, face painting, food and beverages, and music.
- 4:45-5:15 p.m.: Cooking demonstrations, ask the pediatrician, vendor booths, sand art, face painting, food and beverages, and ice-cream
- 5:15-6pm: Crider Health Center’s CEO Dr. Karl Wilson and Director of Behavioral Health, Dr. Byrd present the integrated model of health care and new Wentzville Building. Introductions of Mayor Paul Lambi, Rep. Anne Zerr, Rep. Sally Faith and award ceremony.
