If your having a mental health crisis after normal work hours; CALL Behavioral Health Response (BHR), the 24 hour crisis hotline at 314-469-6644 or 1-800-811-4760 (314-469-3683 TTY-for deaf and hard of hearing) – Services are Free of Charge

BHR is a professionally staffed, technologically sophisticated, accredited clinical call center providing confidential telephone counseling to people in mental health crises as well as mobile outreach services, community referral services and critical incident stress management (CISM).
