Crider Health Center is a critical resource to
the communities we serve: the Missouri Counties of Lincoln, Warren,
St. Charles, and Franklin. Our goal has always been to assure every
citizen of this area has the health care they need, at the time
they need it, delivered in the setting in which those services will
be most effective and efficient.
Crider Health Center offers an array of services
designed to treat the whole person. Crider Health Center offers
adult primary care, pediatrics, behavioral health, dental care and
a pharmacy. We have services available for individuals with private
insurance, Medicaid or Medicare. In addition, many of our services
are offered to the uninsured on a sliding fee scale based on income.
