Crider Health Center is the administrative agent for the Comprehensive Psychiatric Services Division of the Missouri Department of Mental Health in St. Charles, Lincoln, Franklin and Warren Counties. Any citizen of the four counties may be eligible to receive services through Crider Health Center. Crider Center's primary clientele are under insured and uninsured adults, children, youth and families who are at or below poverty level. What services an individual qualifies for is determined upon the completion of an individualized assessment.

BHR is a professionally staffed, technologically sophisticated, accredited clinical call center providing confidential telephone counseling to people in mental health crises as well as mobile outreach services, community referral services and critical incident stress management (CISM).
