Crider Health Center has served as the administrative agent for the Comprehensive Psychiatric Services Division of the Missouri Department of Mental Health for residents of Franklin, Lincoln, Warren, and St. Charles Counties since 1979. Crider Health Center operates two rehabilitation centers, Headway in St. Charles and Harmony in Washington, as well as provides community support services through the Franklin County and Wentzville Community Support Services Programs and operates a adult residential program through Pathways. The rehabilitation centers, called clubhouses, serve over 200 people challenged with severe and persistent mental illnesses and the community support services programs work with over 300 adults with a severe mental illness.
