Information for Practicum Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in Crider Health Center as a practicum site. Please assist us by answering the following questions and attaching a current resume, transcripts and a letter from your academic advisor attesting to your qualifications and eligibility for the proposed practicum.

  • Dates for your practicum
  • Hours needed
  • Days of the week/hours of the day you would be available for practicum work
  • Population preferred (adults; children and families; transitional youth)
  • Setting preferred (community-based/school-based/office-based)
  • Location preferred (St. Charles/Wentzville/Washington)
  • Area of concentration
  • Why you are interested in Crider Center
  • What would you like to learn here
  • What are your career goals
  • What skills, knowledge, and previous experience would you bring to us
  • What are the practicum requirements
  • Any other information that would be helpful to us in matching you with a program at Crider Center

When your information is received, it will be reviewed and sent to the appropriate program managers. If there is a current opening for a practicum student and the manager believes you may be a suitable candidate, they will call you for an interview.
