Types of Planned Giving


Charitable Bequests
This gift, usually given through wills or a revocable trust, outlines gifts of property or assets to a beneficiary. The donor retains the title, access and control of the gifts until his or her death. All gifts will benefit Crider Health Center, Inc.

Charitable Gift Annuities
The donor receives both a charitable income tax deduction for a portion of the gift and the organization provides a guaranteed income for the lifetime of the donor.

Charitable Remainder Trusts
A trust is set up to pay a return or fixed annual percentage at the time property is placed in the trust.

Life Insurance Policies
This outright gift to Crider Health Center may be made in whole or by naming Crider Health Center as a partial beneficiary of a policy.

Real Estate, Stocks, Bonds or Mutual Funds
These outright gifts hold many benefits including an income tax deduction equal to the fair market value in most cases.

IRAs and Retirement Funds
The donor makes a gift by adding Crider Health Center as one of the beneficiaries of the funds.

Planned Gifts
Planned Gifts to Crider Health Center directly benefit specific needs of the clients we serve. If you choose, you may designate your gift to a specific fund by contacting us.
